We offer a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from our online store. In case of defects that are not caused by mechanical damage or improper use, you can take advantage of our warranty services.
Our warranty applies to all products sold by us, regardless of whether the manufacturer’s international warranty is included.
What Our Warranty Covers
Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a defect arising from manufacturing or defective materials, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with an equivalent product.
Free Repair or Replacement
If the product is damaged due to material defects or manufacturing issues, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
Refund
If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund (either full or partial). The amount of the refund depends on the product’s condition and the nature of the defect.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Mechanical Damage
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by drops, impacts, or other external forces that result in product malfunction.
Normal Wear and Tear
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the glass, fading of color, or loss of shine on metal.
Improper Use and Maintenance
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care or exposure to water on products that are not water-resistant or contact with chemicals.
Modifications and Self-Repair
If the product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized technician, it is no longer covered by the warranty.
How to Request Warranty Service

a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) as quickly as possible.
Proof of Purchase
To process your warranty request, please provide the order number given at the time of purchase on our website. Make sure you have proof of purchase, as it will help us process your request quickly and accurately.
Resolution Options
We will offer one of the following solutions:
– Product Repair: If the defect can be fixed, we will repair the product free of charge.
– Product Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement with an equivalent product.
– Refund: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will process a refund (either full or partial, depending on the condition of the product and the nature of the defect).
Returning Defective Products
If the product is confirmed to be defective, Swishtime will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide all necessary instructions for the return.
Important:
The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible, but minor or reasonable damage to the packaging does not affect your right to return the product.
Right to Return Products
In addition to the warranty conditions, we offer a 14-day return period if the product does not meet your expectations, and you have not used it. The return is only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Important: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Original packaging should be included where possible; however, your right to return is not affected by minor or reasonable damage to the packaging.
Care Instructions for Products
To extend the life of your products and avoid warranty issues, we recommend following these simple care guidelines:
Watches
- Avoid contact with water if your watch is not water-resistant.
- Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields and chemicals.
- Regularly check the condition of the strap and battery.
Time Setting
On watches with a calendar, do not change the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM. When setting the time, make sure the crown is fully closed to avoid damaging the mechanism. Avoid turning the crown backward, as it may damage the date-change mechanism.
Jewelry
- Avoid prolonged contact with water, especially for jewelry with leather or textile components.
- Store products in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Regularly check clasps and fastenings.
Important:
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging (the return is only possible if the packaging is not completely damaged).
Legal Warranty According to EU Legislation
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, all products purchased from us are covered by a 2-year legal warranty, starting from the date you receive the product. If any defects arise during this period, we are required to provide free repair or replacement of the product.
Importantly, throughout the entire two-year warranty period, the burden of proof lies with the seller to demonstrate that the goods were in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery. This means that you, as the consumer, are not required to demonstrate the cause of the defect.
If repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate, you are entitled to a refund, which may be full or partial depending on the condition of the product and the nature of the defect.
In some EU countries, national laws may extend or provide additional consumer rights beyond the standard two-year period. Your rights as a consumer are protected by the laws of the country where your purchase was made.
