Return Policy

We want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Withdrawal

This right applies only to individual customers (not legal entities).

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Original packaging should be included where possible; however, minor packaging damage will not affect your return rights.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store, but any signs of use or wear may result in a reduction of the refunded amount. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the online store may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item.

 

Acceptable Inspection:

  • Opening the box and examining the watch
  • Trying it on for a few minutes
  • Checking if the size fits
  • Testing basic functions (time-setting, clasp)

Signs of Use (May Result in Reduced Refund):

  • Wearing the watch for extended periods
  • Scratches or marks on the case or strap
  • Missing accessories, tags, or documentation
  • Damaged packaging beyond minor wear

If we detect signs of use beyond standard inspection, we will contact
you before processing the refund and explain any deductions.

How to Request a Return
  • Submit a Declaration of Withdrawal or send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the Goods – Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request. You must either return the goods within this period or provide proof that the return was handed over to the carrier.
  • Cover the Return Shipping Costs – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
    In case of a defective product, Swishtime will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned items are received or until proof of shipment is provided.
If you selected a shipping method that is more expensive than the standard shipping option offered by us, we will not reimburse the additional shipping costs.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to withdraw from the sale and request the return of goods if a pricing error has resulted in a significantly lower listed price than the market value.

Returning Defective Goods

We stand by the quality of our products and are responsible for any defects or non-compliance that existed at the time of delivery or appear within two years from the delivery date.

Reporting a Defect

If you notice a defect, you must contact us within two months of discovering the issue.

We are not liable for defects that occur due to misuse or damage after delivery.

Resolution Options

If a product is found to be defective due to a fault on our part, we will:

  1. Repair the item, or
  2. Replace the item, or
  3. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

We will respond to your complaint in writing or another reproducible format within 15 days.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Return (Within 14 days of delivery)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions (Within 24-48 hours)
We will send you:

  • Return address
  • Return authorization number
  • Packing instructions
  • Estimated return shipping cost (for non-defective items)

Step 3: Ship the Product Back (Within 14 days of submitting request)

  • Pack the item securely with all accessories
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Keep your shipping receipt

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refund issued within 14 days after approval
  • You’ll receive email confirmation at each step
